Christopher is passionate about developing people, simplifying complexity, and creating a culture where teams are empowered to do their best work. His practical experience and forward-thinking approach play a key role in ensuring operations remain a strong foundation for the company’s ongoing growth and success.

As a Sales Administrator, Kieran plays a vital role in order processing, customer relationship management, and logistics. With a background in customer service, Kieran has quickly become a valued member of the team, offering excellent customer care and support. He’s also started training in marketing, positioning him to contribute to Tiger’s future digital marketing strategies.

Karen is responsible for keeping Tiger Filtration’s financial records accurate and up to date. She works closely with the sales and purchasing departments, overseeing payroll and HMRC obligations. With a background in customer service and accounting, Karen has streamlined financial processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely financial reporting.

Andrew has 24 years of experience across multiple compressed air manufacturers and product lines, supported by a BSc and an MA in Business Management. He brings a practical, results-driven approach and the ability to adapt effectively in fast-changing environments. His mission is to make high-quality filtration solutions, manufactured in the UK, accessible to everyone, while helping customers achieve cost savings and operational excellence.

Auri plays a vital role in managing inventory at Tiger Filtration, ensuring that stock is always readily available for production. With over seven years at the company, Auri’s deep understanding of the manufacturing process and product range allows him to efficiently manage over 8,500 items. His contributions have helped streamline our stock management and improve operational efficiency.
